Welcome to the New Year. You made it! Ha Ha. I just want to congratulate you for sticking with it. You made it through the 52 Weeks Of Wellness Program and you are already incorporating better habits and wisdom into your daily life. Go YOU!
Now, let’s use some groovy Goo Roo Tools to reevaluate our progress and Set our goals for 2018. We really do want to live well on purpose and we want that for you too.
Love Your Life Project – means you will be feeling physically good, emotionally secure, and mentally stable by doing a few simple things every day. You’d think that wouldn’t be so hard, but, stress and environment contribute chaos to the mix and make it difficult to find our comfort zone. Loving Your Life means living in zen. Our goal is to help us all live a life we love with less stress and more enjoyment in our daily lives.

Another great way to see where you are right now and where you want to be is to catch the Mindset Reset with Mel Robbins. We are doing it right along with you.
Begin a morning ritual that includes, drinking a couple glasses of pure water, at least 10 minutes of quiet conscious breathing and/or meditation.
Morning and evening journal writing and planner sessions. More on this in later posts.
Unplug from social media and surfing the net in any way one hour before sleep. Sleep in a dark room with no electronics.
Do one yoga practice from the membership page every morning, if, possible. Close out the physical day with some yoga stretches.
Plan, prepare and consume nourishing foods and beverages. Cut back on fast food and processed foods.
Make fun plans with a friend or family member. Plans do not have to require a money expenditure.
Get control of you budget and wasteful spending. We will go over the zero balance budget, avalanche, and other debt relief methods and give you a bunch of good tools for having a better handle on your finances. Better relationship with money is going to be reality in 2019.
Get a yearly exam at your doctor and follow his or her advice.
