This mornings Pranayama Meditation Practice was shared by Deepak Chopra with his daughter:
Begin with your eyes closed, sit comfortably swaying side to side, sway round and round. Breathe easy.
Inhale bring arms out to the side and overhead palms together, exhale and lower hands in Prayer Mudra at your heart. Take a long inhale through your nose and out through your mouth, then again 2 to 5 times. Settle in. Take a moment to consider these three questions.
Who Am I ?
What Do I Want?
How May I Serve?
When ready, open your eyes, relax your hands on your thighs and just be.
Thank you to the Chopra Family for sharing your wisdom with us.

Self-evaluation and our expectations surrounding the Christmas Holiday can bring up levels of stress and lower our self-esteem. Let us today break this trend and breath easy and work toward realistic and enjoyable holiday plans.
