“The secret to health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, not to worry about the future, but to live the present moment wisely and earnestly.” Buddha
Let’s take a moment to restore ourselves and give a bit of self love. Lie on your back with knees supported, or in Reclined Cobbler’s Pose, let your arms relax, close your eyes and breathe deeply in through your nose and out through your mouth for several moments. Notice any tension and try to relax and breathe into it and release it. After a while when your breathing is smooth your mind may be quiet and peaceful, if, your mind wanders away from your breath don’t worry just breathe. Place your hands to rest over your heart. Now on your inhalation say silently to yourself ‘I am worthy,” on exhalation say silently ‘I am enough.’ Continue as long as you like. When you finish this simple meditation you may feel completely at ease.
Goo Roo’s would love to help you on the road to feeling better. The surprising ways you can begin, like getting rid of chemicals in your daily routine, fun recipes for a whole foods diet. You are part of a huge community dedicated to your health.
ENJOY THE JOURNEY
