POSTURE – Side Angle Stretch – [Utthita Parsvakonasana] Begin by facing the side of your mat with your feet about 3 to 4 feet apart feet parallel with the short ends of your mat. Pivot the feet so the right foot is at a 90 degree from the top of your mat and your back foot is planted at 45 degrees as in Warrior Pose. Ground your feet firmly and engage your legs. Keeping your body plain parallel to the long side of your mat raise arms up, leaning toward your front leg as it bends to a 90 degree rest your front (this time right) arm bent on your right thigh as you bring your left hand up your side brushing past your ear to extend and stretching to create a straight line with your back let. Inhale expand – Exhale settle in. Repeat on the other side.

PRANAYAMA – Take some time for examining your body through your breath. Close your eyes and breathe deeply and completely through your nose.
