You have a personal goal, a big dream or just want to feel better. This week we will be looking deep into ourselves and finding out what moves us. While developing your practice this week begin with the intention. While seated in your favorite position practice pranayama and mudra while visualizing your dream. See yourself there, look into the details of being there. Breathing deeply and going into your quiet center see your imagined ideal and focus on how you feel. Breath into the possibilities.
POSTURE – Upward Facing Dog Pose – Moving from Plank or Downward Facing Dog Pose you will support the front of your body like a suspension bridge leading with the top of the head, arms strong and straight (stacking the wrists and elbows directly under the shoulder joint arms to a right angle from the floor. Tops of feet rest on the mat, legs and arms strong, collar-bones broad bring weight forward between your arms. Breath evenly and deeply.

Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu
which means, May all beings live in happiness, free of suffering in divine union.
MUDRA -Kuber Mudra named for the God Kubra, the God Of Wealth. It is believed that if you make a wish while doing Kuber Mudra, Kubra will grant your wish. While practicing this Mudra, close your eyes and picture your ideal. Just take a moment and see the atmosphere and absorb the feeling of being there.

PRANAYAMA – Purifying Breath – Lie on your back with bent legs or prop your upper body and head on folded blankets. Relax and breath evenly and deeply to begin. Inhale fully; On exhalation – release a little breath, Pause – release a little more breath, Pause – and exhale completely. Inhale- repeating the sequence.
NUTRITIONAL ADVICE – One really good way to get to a whole foods diet is to make your own bread. Not difficult with a bread-machine. I love mine, it makes regularly shaped loaves that are so good and the house smells like Grandma’s kitchen!
This is a fool proof recipe I use every week. Load ingredients into pan in this order:
1 1/4 cup warm water
3 Tbsp. Honey
2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil or Butter
3/4 cup Quick Oats
1 3/4 tsp. Kosher Salt or Himalayan Salt
3 3/4 cup White or Bread Flour (Whole wheat might work, but, use the whole wheat setting or you will have a problem.)
3 Tbsp. Steal Cut Oats
2 Tbsp. Creamer or Dry Milk
2 tsp. Active Dry Yeast
Use Basic Setting and Desired Crust Darkness. Appx 3 hours.
ESSENTIAL OIL BLEND – 2 drops each in carrier oil or in water spritzer. This blend is good for hair-loss, as well.
Cedarwood, Lavender, Rosemary and Ylang Ylang.
