Shift weight to front foot, bring back leg off of the floor. Move weight to standing leg with a strong foundation. Open up your belly radiating out through lifted left arm and leg. Hold until it becomes easier. While it is too difficult to maintain, try practicing facing a wall. Repeat on the other side.
