To find the peace within, to go into the silence, to yoke with the Divine within, you may do so by observing the breath. Complete inhalation, natural pause, and complete exhalation. Observe the breath as it comes in and out like an ocean wave. Inhalation 1 2 3 4 5, pause for 5, Exhale 5 4 3 2 1. Observe the change in your being when you observe the breath. Breathe fully and completely. Consciously observe how you breathe and you will likely find, as I did, that you have been breathing like crap for years. You can observe your breath and stop that, Now!
