POSTURE – Standing Forward Bend (Padamauttanasana) – Begin in Mountain Pose feet shoulder width apart. Bending forward at the hip crease with a flat back and legs active and straight, reach and grasp your toes or back of your ankles, bringing head to knees. Raise up halfway with a flat back and release back down. Breathe easily and fully.
