POSTURE – Eagle Pose (Gurudasana) – Begin in Mountain Pose with feet close together arms at your sides. Concentrate on a point in front of you at eye level grounding through your feet. Bend knees and shift weight to your right leg and lifting your left foot to rap around in front of the left leg catching foot to the back of the left leg. Meanwhile, cross arms
in front of your left over right bringing palms together, if. possible. Breathe fully into the chest bringing shoulders blades together and down and bringing the hands further skyward. Repeat on the other side.
WISDOM – “Respond to every call that excites your spirit.” – Rumi
MANTRA – Om Ganapati Mantra to dispel bad energy and remove obstacles to success. It is said that it should be repeated 107 times. (I haven’t got there myself.)

MUDRA – Matanga Mudra to energize and harmonize the body and soul. Place hands palms together at stomach, interlace fingers leaving the middle fingers outstretched and touching.
