Posture for a Great nights sleep – Legs Up The Wall – For 15 or 20 minutes lay on your back on the floor, arms out to the side with your legs resting up the wall or in the seat of a chair.

Saa = Infinity
Taa = Life or Birth
Naa = Death or Transformation
Maa = Rebirth
Mudra – Shakti Mudra – Place thumb across palm to press at the base of the little finger. Bring the first and middle finger firmly across the thumb, Bring the little and ring fingers of each had to meet each other while relaxing the shoulders down. Close eyes, breath easily and focus on your hands.
Affirmation – I work hard and I deserve rest at the end of the day. Sleep gives me peace.
