Week 2 – A moment of reflection on the Last Year should be taken before we get started with our New Year Resolutions. According to Mel Robbins, author of The Five Second Rule you can’t start new goals properly, unless, you access where you are now. So let’s take a moment to reflect on 2017 with an attitude of gratitude look at where we were and how far we have come in recognition of our unbound essential nature. We can then plan for this years goals and aspirations.
POSTURE – Bhujangasan or Cobra Pose as taught by Swami Vishnu-devananda. Lie on stomach completely relax. Place hands on the floor below your shoulders. Leading with the top your head, look up and raise your upper body up and back toward your feet like a cobra raising its’ hood.
