I took a meditative moment last year to visualize my ideal life. It is a happy life. After the meditation exercise I wrote down the elements of an idealic day in my ideal life. Here is the list…
Hang out in a pretty and clean home.
Dress comfy and cute.
Easy beauty routine.
Take a walk somewhere beautiful and peaceful.
Visit my family.
Do yoga every day.
Have coffee and lunch with friends at home and in town.
Read a good book.
Make yummy food.
Take a bath and relax.
Pick flowers and have pretty bouquets around the house.
Play with the dogs.
Listen to music and escape into a good flick.
Well, I ran across this list yesterday and discovered that I am consistently doing these things. My subconscious must have been listening.
The lesson here is know what you want and create the life you want to live. People I know who do this are the most happy.
