YOGA SESSION TIMES AVAILABLE MORNING, NOON AND NIGHT
Membership at Goo Roo's offers a personal and private approach to yoga. Each session is fashioned around the participants needs that day. We have been doing daily practice of A.M and P.M., Yoga for back pain, Pilates sessions to build core strength and Yoga for Centering.
In February 2009 I signed the lease for the yoga studio. I recently had the shock of stepping on the scale to see numbers higher than I have ever seen. Higher even than during either of my pregnancies. I was stunned and determined to act. I have worked steadily at my yoga practice, and added Pilates to my regime. I have lost a total of 9 pounds. This weight loss has been maintained for one month. I hope to work toward losing the next ten pounds now. I'm adding walking and biking to my wellness plan to take myself past this weight loss plateau.
It's been a month and I am feeling the benefits. My mood is bettter, weight is stable and I can see my arms, legs and stomach getting smaller and firmer. I am working out on the Malibu Pilates Chair almost daily and it is getting easier. I have stepped up the yoga practice to twice a day. Lovin' It!!!!
I am making steady progress toward my goals. We have put together several sessions for our new moms. Our advanced members are working on the Crow's Pose and Pigeon Poses. Join us today!
