Thanks for joining us.  The list of topics to the left could be the answer to your prayers.  They are the answers to mine.  I have long suffered with weak joints and a condition called Bursitis.  Surgery and medication helped, but, I could still tell you when the weather is about to change and occasionally had to scoot up the stairs on my rear because my knees won't do stairs at the end of a long day.  My answer came through the essential oil of Lavender.  At first, I used it in the bath and rubbed it on my skin where the pain was worst.  I began to feel relief in my body which carried over to other areas of my life.  I have studied aromatherapy for more than 15 years and have developed some products I think you will enjoy. 

Then there is yoga.  I did my first Sun Salutation Yoga Ansana on my 30th birthday.  Every part of my body popped into place.  Every kinked muscle smoothed out.  My breath, oh my, I realized that I hadn't been truly breathing in years.  Possibly due to stress I had developed a very shallow breathing pattern.  I now breath fully, nourishing my cells and improving brain and body function.  Take a look there is more to discover and please come again.

My friends and I are putting into practice the things we know are enriching to our lives.  More than anything is time spent together to share stories and give one another support.  This was chief among the things that motivated me to bring Goo Roo's Marketplace to you.
